I have many great memories of Mrs. J. from 1981-1985. She will always live in my memory as a wonderfully smart and funny person and teacher. One of the people in my life who never let me get away with less than my best. Thank you Mrs. J.

Barbara was such a fun person to be around! Always had an interesting story or memory to share. She taught our three children in High School. Enjoyed many plays that she acted or directed here in McMinnville at Gallery Players. Our coffees after swim class were great fun! She was just a marvelous woman!

Mrs. Jelinek was my sophomore and AP English teacher and I have been blessed every day since to have been taught by her. She was extremely gifted as an educator. My condolences to her family for their loss. Rest in peace Mrs. Jelinek.
