I am so thankful to have had the blessing of knowing & seeing what an outstanding woman of God that Barbara was, there is no way to number the lives that she has touched over the years & am so glad to say that she touched mine and I will forever remember her sweet spirit.

Once Barbara and I appeared on a mission program and she said: "I'm not a real missionary like Ms. Chocolate." Well as far as I know, she's more real than some bearing the title. I learned so much from this grand lady. So thankful that she left a wonderful legacy for all of us.

I do not know where to start... Barbara was a dynamic woman of God. She encouraged everyone who crossed her path. I am so thankful that God gave me the opportunity to know Barbara as a friend and mentor. She has been such an inspiration to me over the years. I know she will be sadly missed by her friends and family. But I imagine there is much laughter and celebration in Heaven today.
