There are so many vivid memories I have of Barbara.......and most all of them have her wearing a huge smile and lots of paint. She will be missed by so many. My heart goes out to all of you.

Dear Barb, we miss you dearly and we will never forget you. I am so sorry you had to suffer so, and Pat and your family,too, but I suspect you must now be feeling the greatest peace ever known. I still feel your warm smile and quirky sense of humor even though I cannot see you, and that comforts me greatly. We are so lucky to have a part of you still with us through your paintings that grace our walls.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I didn't get to know Barb but it seems she was the sort of person that had no confusion about how to live fully and well. I know you will miss her terribly. Take care of yourself.

My heart goes out to Barb's dear family and friends who will miss her cheery smile and loving ways. Many creative acts will not get done and paintings made since she has died. She was such a strong fun-loving activist for peace, an inspiration to so many of us. I sent a contribution to the CodePink group going to Gaza for a basket of personal items to be given to a woman there in her honor. You are much loved and admired, dear Barb.

I am deeply saddened to learn that such a talented member of our extended community is no longer with us. I will always remember her joy in life itself.

It is such a great loss that words can't express. I know that Barb will always be remembered for her generosity, creativity and for the love that she gave so willingly. Let us remember the great things she was. Beth
