Not sure what to say?

What a lovely piece the family has shared in honor of Barbie's many contributions to the education and well-being of so many for so long. When I knew her at Sweet Briar College, she was delightful to be with, engaging and enthusiastic no matter what. I am so sad to hear of Barbie's passing. She was my Roommate at Sweet Briar College. We shared so many good times and laughed day and night. We shared a bunkbed and she was top and I was bottom. What fun we had with American Studies! I am blessed to have her in my life. We celebrated Our 50th reunion together and it was my joy to see her after many years. Barbie will be remembered With smiles and love.

I also saw her on many school visits as I traveled through the district in my coaching position. To her family, you had a jewel. Carla L....
