I remember driving around Quincy in Barb's blue and white van, with Rita Kemner, me and Barb's small children. She will be sorely missed and my prayers are sent for Rita and all her family.

Sorry to hear Barb has passed. She was the watchful eye of the neighborhood for as long as I can remember, and a beloved grandma to my childhood bestfriend, Ryan.
