Not sure what to say?

Dr. Barbara gave me courage to succeed when I was really really at my lowest points in my life. I watch Dr. B. on Television. She taught me to make affirmations. These affirmations have saved my life. She taught me to believe in myself. Rest in Peace Dr. B

My deepest condolence to Pastor King´s family, friends and church followers. I was just made aware of her passing. I no longer live in the Atlanta area. Her bright light and spirit of Truth will live on forever.

When I was just 20 years old, I found myself living in Atlanta with no family and feeling alone. I discovered Hillside Chapel and Truth Center and Dr. Barbara King, and my life was transformed. I became a member, I remember the foot washing ceremony, I began reading my Daily Thoughts on the Hill and just remember listening to Dr. Barbara and being transformed. I will forever be grateful for her teachings, for her love, for her unapologetic way of teaching. I’ll never forget a NYE service one...

I am not sure why on this night 1/28/2021 ,11:30pm that I thought of Dr Barbara. I did not know if her passing. I went to the website I used to live in Atlanta I have lived in Minnesota for about 32 years when I lived in Atlanta I attended Hillside. After service we went up to speak with her I told her I...

Rest in Heaven Dr Barbara King,

Wow! I left a message already but just realized that Dr. Barbara transitioned on my birthday and I was actually in Atlanta visiting then. Her ministry and Hillside was a huge part of my transformation into the woman of God I’m striving daily to become. I was able to reconnect with God at Hillside in 2002. It was also where I prayed to God and thanked him for my current status of being single then and asking for a companion to enjoy to doing social activities with on December 31, 2003. I met...

Dr. Barbara King was an extraordinary woman of God. I had the pleasure of being a member of Hillside for a couple of years when I first relocated to Atlanta in the early 2000. What an influential period that was for me. I also went through pre-marital counseling at Hillside before marrying my husband 17 years ago. I loved Hillside and will miss Dr. Barbara. I thank God for her life and legacy. Continue resting in peace.

Thank you for Being Amazing. When my daughter Nadirah Ihsan-Stills came to Atlanta for her to attend Morris Brown College...you allowed our SisStar Aeeshah Ababio Clottey to reside at one of your homes while we were in Atlanta. You remain a gentle giant in our eyes. We know you are Resting in Paradise. -In Gratitude -
