Not sure what to say?

Bernie, I was sorry to hear that Barb had passed when we spoke. I enjoyed her so much at the hospital and teaching her saxophone, she was an excellent student, but most of all a wonderful person with a smile that could make a hard day turn into the most positive one anyone could have. I will remember her always and am happy i got to know her as a doctor and friend. Patty

Bernie- So sorry to hear of Barb's passing. We didn't know she was so ill. We were out of town and just recently heard the news. We were shocked and saddened. Prayers to you and your family~ From her loving cousin and family.

Dear Bernie, I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Barbara, and also Ben's lose of his Mother. Your both in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Bernie, I don't have the words to express what is in my heart. Just know that I am grieving with you and your family. I will never forget smart little Barbara Morris in grade school and up. She made such a difference in so many lives and has left a wonderful legacy. I'm so glad I got to see you both last year at the TJ Hall of Fame Induction.

Dear Bernie,
My heart goes out to you.
You and Barbara were a match made in heaven-- great guy and a great gal.
I can't imagine your grief.
Please know I'm here for you.
Your friend,
Rod O'Connor

Bernie, I am so sorry about Barbara's illness and passing. I know you loved her so much and will miss her terribly. She was very lucky to have you and you, her. I remember fondly our high school years and double dates. We had a great time didn't we? My heart goes out to you and your family, Bernie. Blessings, Barb Livingston Johnson

What an impressive resume. I left Council Bluffs about the time she was born, but try to keep in touch with locals. It's hard to tell but I'm sure I knew her father and uncle and maybe others in the family. She deserves to be listed and recognized along with other Bluffs' famous natives like DeForest, Bloomer, Pusey, etc. etc.

All my memories of Barbara are positive. I remember her from her youth when she would babysit my brother and me. She was a role model for how to grow up and mature. Because she could set high expectations for herself and achieve them, I came to believe that I could do the same. She was an inspiration, and I will greatly miss her.
