Barbara Kowalowski, 70, of Boise, died Monday, August 22, 2016 at a local care center. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, August 26, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 811 S. Latah Street, Boise. Services are under the direction of Accent Funeral Home, Meridian.
