Not sure what to say?

Dear Barbara,
We were shocked when we discovered that you are no longer among us. What happened? is the question we ask ourselves. We shared some lovely memories. What remains is to wish the family, but especially Arnold and your mother (Tante Annie) a lot of strength from a remote Netherlands
We think of you.
Love from your niece Wies (van de Berg)-Schipperus

You will be missed and we were so lucky to have had the chance to know you as a friend and co-worker. Our thoughts and prayers to all of your family and friends. Heaven has a very special angel.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was welcomed to the Gazette by Barby and always knew I could count on her. She is missed.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I worked at KG for 32 years and with Barby for many of those years. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been her friend. Anyone who knew Barby loved her and were touched by her kindness and generosity of spirit.

I am so sad Barbie is gone, I will miss her each and everyday. She was not only my cousin she was my friend. We used to talk on the phone for hours even though we lived in the same town. We have lost a very special soul but I know she is in a far better place, and found the peace she is so deserving of.

So sad to see this in the Gazette today. Barby was so much a part of my days during the eight years I worked with her. She was always so giving and caring. Even though I did not keep in touch after I left the Gazette, I have thought of her often. I hope she is at peace. My prayers are with her family.

People like Barb come into your life only once, I feel very lucky to have been able to spend time with her. Her kindness, generosity and ability to care so deeply for her friends and family were a goal we should all have. She was a wonderful person. Prayers to the family. Heaven is a happier (and more crafty) place today!

To Barbie's family:
When I started at the Gazette I was bewildered by all of the procedures. Lucky for me Barbie was there to show the way and cover my behind for many years. Her attention to detail was extraordinary and she was exceptionally good at and devoted to her painstaking and demanding job.
Even at this sad time I am smiling thinking back to all of the joking around I gentle teasing we shared. My special nickname for her was "Barbarino" and I have fond memories of her and...
