We are both so sorry to learn that Barb has passed away. You were our wonderful neighbors for 15 years and our lives were so greatly enriched by your experience, generosity and friendship during that time. We have missed you since you moved and you are always fondly in our thoughts.

We are so sorry to hear that Barbara passed away recently. Barbara was a strong, caring, competent woman whom we met through our relationship with her husband Hank. Hank and I worked together through 4 or 5 re do's of our East Lansing homes and Green Lake cottage as well as Hank's inspiring work at the Michigan State Medical Society gardens and grounds. I am unable to attend the memorial service and so wish I could, but thought I'd leave a message here, instead. Mrs. LaBrosse was my piano teacher for many, many years. She was wonderful, kind and patient. I'm so happy to have beautiful musical memories because of her. All my love to her family.

Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your mother. I did not know she taught piano. My sister Hilde adored her piano teacher, Esther Rosecranz. I just now learned she was your grandmother!
