I was sad to hear the news from my sister, Anita, about Barbara's passing. My deepest sympathy to you all. I remember fondly being with Barbara and the Stearns family on outings and, of course, Brownies and Girl Scouts. May God comfort you and give you peace.

I just found out today from Judy Statler Schmelzle. We each asked about her Wednesday when some of the PHS class of 1962 got together, but no one had heard anything. Marge and her family you have my deepest sympathy.

Barbara and I began our careers together at Delta Airlines. She will always be remember for her beautiful smile and laughter. Lots of fun memories. You will be missed my friend

She was a wonderful woman and I am honored to have had the opportunity to have her in my life. So many fond memories, laughs and good times!

I had the pleasure of meeting Barbara when we worked together at Grace Presbytery. I found her to be deeply caring about others, strong, and self-effacing. She was a fighter who clearly loved life and her family. My prayers are with all those who loved her.

Barbara was a friend to a everyone she met. She was loving, giving and full of laughter. She loved a good party! Nothing will ease your pain right now; but please know there are many people who will miss her beautiful spirit. You are all in my prayers.
