Barb was a valued member of our Thurs. night book club many years ago. She told us of strugglng to learn English in junior high, and the joy of one day hearing/understanding a complete English sentence! She had an awesome dog who ate a borrowed book that another club member slipped under her slightly open garge door one day. I remember her brilliant mind. We will all miss her.

Kevin, we are so sorry for your loss! It was great having you and Barbara as our neighbors when our kids were growing up! I liked watching Barbara out in her yard and taking care of her flower garden and plants. She always had great words of encouragement for me as a young mom. She will be missed.
