Barbara J. Lowen

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Lowen Family. Barbara and I lived in the same building. She was a good friend and neighbor. I loved to hear about her exciting trips. Above all, I admired her style. She was a classy lady. I will miss her.

This is all still a shock. Barbara lived in my building and served on the Board of Directors for more years then she really cared to! When we needed an alternate or another member she always came through. She was quiet but had an opinon. Her decisions were kind as well as fair. It is not surprising, being a private person, that she rarely talked about her cancer.What is amazing is that I never heard her complain about it. Her atitude and fortitude were laudible.
