We were neighbors to Claude and Barbara, just to the west of their house. Both Claude and Barbara were such loving, sweet, kind and humble people - we always felt so blessed to be their neighbors. We are so sorry for the loss of Barbara - she was such a good person. We will keep all of the family in our prayers.

My husband and I met Claude, Barbara, and Claude Jr. when we moved to University City. What wonderful neighbors they were! Once, when a family emergency came up and my mother wouldn't be able to pick up our then baby daughter until later, Claude and Barbara kept her until my mother arrived.

I have many memories but the one I would like to share is when my daughter was in preschool. A little white cat kept following her around so much my daughter had even named her. I can't recall...

I work in activities at the nursing home Barb was at. She was an absolute pleasure to know. She was so smart. Her playful sassy attitude was something the staff and I loved. I'm so sad that she is gone. Things won't be the same without her. She will be deeply missed. My deepest condolences to the family. May Barb's memory be a blessing. May she Rest In Peace.
