Not sure what to say?

Remembering Sister Barb and her visit to Ireland to work with me and ACCORD on the REFOCCUS programme. Also her kindness to me on my first trip to the US.

Sr. Barbara was a brilliant woman who shared her many gifts freely and lovingly. God sent a gem to us giving His very best!

Sr. Barbara taught an entire generation of family ministers. She was innovative and brilliant in her synthesis of the social sciences and pastoral theology. I'll always be grateful for her wisdom, her encouragement and her kindness.

We recall with much love Barbs visit to Australia about 1997. She was a wonderful house guest & our kids loved her. She shared her knowledge & insights about couples & Marriage with so many & strongly influenced many advances in Marriage Education in Australia. We remember her with fondness & love. God bless Barb & her loved ones.

A bright star has gone from us but beams brightly up above so she can continue to provide light in our lives. God bless and Rest In Peace. Love, Marg

Sr. Barb worked tirelessly for the good of marriage and family. She was loved and respected by people from all across the globe. Prayers to her family and the Notre Dame Sisters. She will be truly missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Sr Barb´s family, the Notre Dame sisters and her many friends. Sr. Barb was a mentor and someone I knew I could count on. My life and so many others was better because of her support and insight. We experienced her wisdom and words of encouragement when life seemed impossible. Rest in peace Sr Barb and thank you for everything you did for so many hurting people.

My love and prayers go out to Sr Barb´s family, Norte Dame Order and friends. I adored her for my entire life. She changed my life when I was in High School and probably saved it too. I can close my eyes and see her face, hear her words and feel her love and support. Thank you God for sharing her with all of us for so long. I cried yesterday when I heard the news. She lives inside of me forever. Rest in peace Sr Barb and thank you for everything you did for my Life and countless others. ...
