Barbara McConnell

Barbara wrote a beautiful note to me and my brother when my mother, also named Barbara, passed away in December 2012. I never thanked her for her beautiful and comforting words about her friendship with my mom and her admiration for her when they grew up together as neighbors in San Francisco. Her kindness was very much appreciated. Thank you Barbara.

Aunt Barbara was a great lady. We miss you.

Grandma Mac was a true mover and shaker. She accomplished more than most of us will ever dream, including garnering an appreciation for the vastness and diversity of our complex planet, and making it a better place. She looked for the best in others and gave the best she had. For her there is no replacement.

Aunt Barbara was the best. We will all miss her.

Barbara was a joy to be with, to work with, and to learn with. She inspires me daily to ask more of myself and to give more to others.

I worked with Barbara at HHS. She was a wonderful person. Had a great personality and a very dependable hard worker. I enjoyed her so much. She was an inspiration to anyone who knew her. I know she will be missed by her sons and families whom she adorned. My most sin ere sympathy. Janet Daveiro
