For some twenty years, I had the pleasure and privilege of knowing and working with Barbara. She was not only one of the kindest and most genuine persons with who I crossed paths, but also a first-class writer who possessed a unique and honest voice-all too rare in journalism. I´ll always treasure running into Barbara and Vinnie in the Reporter offices on weekends when stopping by to check for mail or new book arrivals. Her devotion to family, friends, and her community was ran deep.

Barbara was a blessing to all of us! She helped everyone. Wonderful, fun memories of time spent with her will remain with me always. She was very to me. I send my love and sympathy to you all.

Sorry to hear of your moms passing. May your heart soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
