Steve, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your wife. I just found out about this and I´m sorry I wasn´t able to reach out to you when it happened. Prayers go out to you and all of your family.

I grew up next door to Barb and her family and have known her for practically my entire life, probably since age 3. I have fond memories of often celebrating and gathering together for holidays, parties, swimming in the back yard. She cut and styled my hair, from 80's perms to gorgeous styling up-do for my wedding. She always looked gorgeous, stylish and her upbeat personality shined. She has always felt like family to me and she is more than missed.

Very saddened by this news.. Worked alongside Barb at Contemporary School of Beauty for years...She was a wonderful woman who knew her craft well and cared for the students that she taught. Many memories..My thoughts and prayers go out to you.

My heart and prayers are with you all. She was my teacher in beauty school and I have never forgot her! I learned so much from her and she was always there to help anyone. May god be with you and give you comfort knowing what a great impact she made on her students and others.
