I worked with Barbara in the 1980's at GTE Mobilnet at E.9th & Carnegie Ave. in downtown Cleveland, OH. She was always very pleasant, thoughtful and a consummate professional. I'll always remember her arranging a surprise baby shower for my firstborn son at the office (he is 30 now). She would regularly stop by my desk to see if I had any recent pictures of my sons. She was very proud of her children as she went through the group picture of them on her desk noting what everyone was up...
