Remembering Auntie Barbara's laughter and generosity today

To Robin, Mike, Beth, John, & Danny, please accept my condolences. I was saddened to learn of your mothers passing. She was a wonderful person and along with her husband they raised a wonderful family. I have fond memories of you all.

I am one of Barbara's many friends in the Class of 1954 of R.I. College of Education. Over the years we got together for a summer lunch and will miss her. My sympathy to the whole family - she was so proud of y'all!

Dear Robin and family - So sorry to read of the loss of your mother. I remember meeting her and your Dad during our freshman year at URI and remember how warm and welcoming she was.

Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Best - Amintha Cinotti

Auntie Barbara
The twinkle in her eyes
Her smile lit up the room
How I always felt welcomed
Accepted
Honored
Auntie Barbara was the "real deal"
Smart as a whip
Kind as could be
Always ready to laugh or commiserate
Her time was well spent
I am sad that she left us
And thankful for the time we had together.
God Bless Us, Every One

My thoughts are with you all. Lee Bresnahan

Mitchell Family,
May the wonderful memories you have of Barbara and the support you have from each other sustain you in this time of sadness. She was the happiest when she was with Bob. I hope you'll find comfort in knowing they are now reunited.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Barbara was an important, happy and lively part of the Smith Family. She leaves a beautiful memory. We will miss her.
