I met Barbara at the resurrection of our Team Louisiana for participation in Transplant Games of America in 2014. She became a driving force for tissue, eye and organ donation awareness and registration and a loyal team member for Team Louisiana. She and Gary and later, her family attended every Transplant Games to bear witness to the power of donation and the celebration of the "gift of life".
