Not sure what to say?

Not only was Barbara a Theta with me, she was in my carpool in fourth grade in Macon when we went to Alexander lV. She was also in the back seat of the car when I learned to drive stick shift. She was a really brave and beautiful friend. I will always remember her with a smile.

Dear Sue and Tommy, we send our love and prayers for you and your families. Barbara was an amazing woman and I am so thankful she is dancing with Tom. Love The Perrine´s

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Barbara was a very special woman.

Thoughts and prayers are with you. May your memories provide you comfort and God provide you strength.

My condolences to all of you. Having been a Realtor for many years I worked with Barbara a few times in co-oping a sale, but ran into her often at agent open houses that were so prevalent. She was always such a pleasure to chat with and loved seeing her at any of these events. A true southern lady with complete professionalism and honesty in our field of business.

I am sad to see of Barbara´s death. As a fellow Realtor, Barbara and I had some sale transactions together. She was always a favorite to work with! Honest, professional, caring and ethical. Also fun and a real lady. Sympathy to all of her loved ones. RIP friend.

Barbara was a wonderful friend. We even carpooled in fourth grade. My dad would drive us to school and we both called him "Honey". He loved it! I can still see Barbara's beautiful smile. She had long blonde hair and was such a loving person. She was a person of great courage. She was in the car when our friend taught me how to drive a straight stick car. I think it was 1958. Barbara and I were sorority sisters at Georgia where she met Tom. That was a wonderful love story. He died too...

Sue, what a beautiful tribute to your mother. I wish I had known her as she sounds like such a great lady. So sorry for your loss. The grand children are so blessed to have their grandmother so involved in their lives. That´s priceless.

I have so many memories of Barbara. She represented us in 1981 when we bought our house on Montrose Circle and again in 2009 when we sold it. We were dear friends at SFX before and after Tom´s death. Barbara made sure that you were on a Firehouse Shelter meal team. And she was always ready to fill in when an emergency popped up. A great family woman and doting grandmother.
