BARBARA WAS A SPIRITUAL SISTER TO ME .OUR BACKGROUNDS WERE SEPARATED BY THOUSANDS OF MILES BUT WHEN WE MET OUR FRIENDSHIP TRANSCENDED THESE GEOGRAPHICAL AND RELIGIOUS DIFFERENCES. BARBARA HAD AN EXUBERANT PERSONALITY ,SO LOVING SO WELCOMING OF THE OTHER. SHE OPENED HER HOME TO A LADIES CLUB WHICH I BELONGED TO FOR WHICH SHE HAD PREPARED A RICH BUFFET, VALET PARKING AND A GRAND TOUR OF THEIR ART COLLECTION. SHE DID THIS FOR US TWICE.
AS FOR OUR FAMILY OUR CHILDREN NEVER FELT AT EASE...
