Barbara was instrumental in establishing Early Childhood Intervention decades ago at Metrocare, then known as Dallas County MHMR. That program still flourishes. Barbara was a tireless advocate working diligently in the community to bring needed services to young children with emotional and intellectual challenges. She was a strong Christian and I know her faith provided a sturdy foundation for her. She made a difference!
