I did not learn much French, but that class introduced me to the tasty delicacy of escargot! I have learned recently upon my reacquaintance with her that she only did that twice, the '67-'68 school year, when I was introduced (that trial was successful), and the next year, which didn't go so well!

She was my favorite English teacher. I loved how she made us think more deeply about a subject and taught us how to express ourselves more effectively. I have never forgotten her calm and loving demeanor.
