NETO, Barbara Carol She lived. She laughed. She loved and was loved. She forgave and was forgiven. She was called home by God on December 26, 2010. She will be hugely missed. Never heard to admit her true age, Barbara remained a teenager at heart until the very end of her brave fight against...

Not sure what to say?

Mike and I just found out about your mom. She was a good friend and so glad to have had her in our life. If not for her Mike and I would not have met and are now going on 15 years of marriage. We will be forever greatful to her. We will truely miss her and are better because of her.

Bob and I just heard of the loss of your mother. We shared very fond memories of her and always remember she greeted us with warmth and hospitality. We shared many fun filled times with her and feel proud to have known her. We are so sorry for your loss but know her smile continues in you. Love, Bob and Betty Lochmiller

Barb Neto was a WHIZ. In 1969 I met her when I started my first academic job. She was my "secretary", actually she was my teacher. We worked together for years and she taught me all about academic life. With her help, I became a tenured professor on a very fast track. She was great with all aspects of academic science. We both moved on to other jobs and both of us succeeded. Oddly enough, we both ended up at Del Webb--she in Elk Grove and we in Lincoln. She was a wonderful person and I'm sure...

My darling cousin. So many good, happy memories of you. I was so thrilled as a 12 year old to be bridesmaid in your wedding. Loved watching you dance to my dad's latin american music when you were a teenager & stayed at our house & remember the lipstick color you always wore then was Lilac Champagne. Purple has always been your color of choice. When you moved to Sacramento to be closer to your parents to help them, we became very close. You were a wonderful Godchild to my mom. Always so...

Dear Cherie: Your Mother was a very special and dear friend. I feel blessed to have known her and you, as well. You have her loving qualities. If ever I may be of any help please let me know. With love, Marilyn Kochis

May God bless you at this time of sorrow.
I have many good memories of your Mom

May God find a place in heaven where Barbara can find peace. And she was such a good friend in high school.
