Not sure what to say?

Thank you for your support and honesty during my degrees at South. You stayed truly committed to the needs of our special children and helped me to find the area of service that fit me. Your work with so many student teachers will be discussed for many years and so many will miss out on having your "strong" support. Our prayers are with your family.

For the Betts family and their loved ones,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. Wishing you strength, love, and support during the coming days.

To Mrs. Phillips Family,
I am so sorry for your loss...and I know the entire "Special Education" Family...students, teachers, professors, etc. share your grief. Mrs Phillips was my Advisor and still encouraged me eventhough I was not always the best student, making an "F" in "Survey of Special Education" (But, I made an "A" in "Repelling" and "CPR" that quarter!) There were many times I wanted to quit school but I was scared she would kill me since she had my courses all mapped...

Barbara,
Thank you so much for your contributions to education. As a former student teacher with you in Mobile County back in the 80's, I still have fond memories of what you have taught at USA. You will be greatly missed. You were a "hard" teacher. That's what I liked about you. You always told us when you used to hand out tests, not to give you any bull, because you could see it coming from a mile away!!! Say hello to all of our special children in heaven! If I know you, you will have a...

Extended Betts Family; Our love and prayers go out to you with your recent loss. We had the pleasure of meeting Amy's mother several times, quite a lady! I know you hold many memories near and dear to your heart...what a treasure. May the love of friends comfort you. May the love of God give you peace.

Amy,
I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Proverbs 3:5-6
Love! Jodie Harper

Dear Amy- I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. You and your wonderful family have had to deal with much sadness this past year but I'm confident that the Good Lord will bring many blessings of peace and comfort with time as you are all so deserving.

Barbara will be sadly missed. She instructed many teachers over the years who went on to help students with various disabilities. She was adament in her belief that all children can learn and she dedicated her life to make sure they were given that opportunity. Barbara, thank you for instilling that belief in me, as one of your former student teachers.
