Not sure what to say?

My name is Ell or Eleanor Buell, she was my grandmother and she was this wonderful person that I will never forget. There are many things I wish I could have told her, but I know she would of loved me for them anyway. It was the type of person she was. I love you so much Baba, I miss you dearly.

Barb was a neighbor in our youth, in Mason City, Iowa, a high school classmate and a fellow confirmand at St James Lutheran Church (we elected her the representative of our class). It was an honor to have known her and I hope to meet her again.

I was a year ahead of Barb in high school and knew her only slightly. But that was enough to appreciate her intelligence, kindness and sterling character. Barb radiated a standard of goodness that was made even more powerful by its gentleness. Those impressions have endured with me for over 50 years. I am thankful she lived, and thankful to those who loved her and helped her along her way.

Our very deepest sympathy is extended to Bob and all of the family. We love you, Barb, and we will miss you.

I went to elementary school with Barb in Garner IA and she was a sweet person! Im so glad she cane to our 50th class reunion even though she moved and graduated from a different school. It seems she made wonderful contributions to many with her education.
