What a great "next-door Mom" Mrs. Pohl always was to the Maines kids growing up in Hillcrest Heights, MD. I always thought our Mom and Mrs. Pohl were the two prettiest Moms in the whole neighborhood. Now I realize 50 years later they were the best Moms period! Having lost our Mom just a few years ago, my heart goes out to the Pohl kids and their families during this sad time.
