Barbara Proctor

When I knew Barbara, she was a very beautiful and devoted young mother. I had the opportunity to be in a carpool with her when our children attended Norfolk Christian School in the early 1980s. So often through the years, I thought of Barbara's gentle wisdom and warm smile. She was such a sweet and sincere person, a true blessing to countless others and ALWAYS a joy to be with.
