Barbara Reilly

REILLY, BARBARA A., (STAUFF) 61, of Bedford Circle, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014 surrounded by family after a courageous and inspirational battle with ovarian cancer. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Anna (Fallon) Stauff. Barbara was a graduate of North Attleboro High School in 1971 and the University of Rhode Island in 1998. She worked at URI for 28 years, retiring from the Enrollment Services office in December of 2013. Barbara was beloved by her family and friends. She enjoyed golfing with the girls and time with friends at Bonnet Shores Beach Club, but most importantly she loved time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Thomas Sr. and their two children Thomas Jr. and his wife Nicole of Scituate, RI and Kevin and his wife Ashley of Chicago, IL. Barbara was the 4th of 8 children. Clifford Stauff of Pawtucket, RI, John Stauff of Arizona, the late Michael Stauff of Florida, Gary Stauff of Florida, the late Linda Johnson of Massachusetts, Kevin Stauff of Texas, and Judy Barber of Florida. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 8 at 8:15am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland St., Narragansett at 10:00am. Burial will follow at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822. Visiting hours will be held Monday 4-8pm.
