Sue and I were very saddened to hear of Barbara's. She was a light in our lives. Even though we are not Jewish she and Malca welcomed us into the Shir Shalom family. She was always kind and gracious. We miss our time interacting with the members of the Choir. We are half a world away but our hearts are back in Grand Rapids as we think of all she brought into our lives.
