Our deepest sympathy to all. The whole Rugg damily was an integral part of the Spring Terrace, Orchard Street and Crescent Street neighborhood area over 50 years ago. It was a very special time there. There was always something going on, some activity with the many families and children that lived on each street. BOBBY has found her eternal resting place and I am sure she will meet up with lots of family (Bill) and friends.
