Dear Daughter of the late Walter Jagielnik and the late Stella Jagielnik née Wanczyk.
Cherished sister, best friend and confidant of Diane Jagielnik.
Cousin and friend of many.
The family would also like to thank the physicians and staff of Northwestern Memorial Hospital for their 30 years of extraordinary care for Barbara. Especially John R. Lurain III, MD, Karen Novak, MSN and Nancy Anderson, MSN.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday May 18th at 11:00am at The Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii (1224 W. Lexington St., Chicago, IL. 60607), Rev. Richard N. Fragomeni Ph.D. presiding.
