Barbara C Schreck

Barbara C. Schreck, 71, of Scotch Plains, died on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 with her family by her side. The Funeral will be on Monday, June 6, 2016 from the Rossi Funeral Home, 1937 Westfield Ave. Scotch Plains, NJ 07076 at 9am. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church at 10am. The Visitation will be on Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 5-8pm at the funeral home.

Barbara was born and raised in Rahway, and settled to Scotch Plains with her family in 1973. Barbara received her Bachelor's of Science from Kean College and became a Registered Nurse. Barbara was a R.N. for over 33yrs. before retiring in 2008. She was employed by Sage Elder Care, Summit, and Ashbrook Nursing Home, Scotch Plains. Barbara enjoyed reading, knitting and crocheting. Barbara's true love where her five grandsons and going to Disney World with them.

Barbara is predeceased by her parents Martin and Gladys Mundy, and her grandmother Hazel Mundy. She is survived by her husband Daniel; her three sons Chris (Tom), Timothy (Erika), and Don (Nancy); her five grandsons Jake, Justin, Jason, Daniel, and Nicholas; and her brother Jack (Judy)
