I had the very good fortune of working with Barbara at Mohegan Community College at the very beginning of my career.
What impressed me most about Barbara was her leadership abilities. She always made herself available to mentor, answer questions and lead.
She always wore a smile but at the same time was very driven and focused on the work.
My deepest condolences to Joe and family.
