Barbara was certainly one of a kind! She was one of the few people you meet who had a smile and kind word for everyone. I remember that smile so well and miss it everyday. She was always ready to give a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Barbara was a vital part of the Parker View Resident Association. You could count on her to help cook for our functions and wow, was she a good cook! She was always a central figure in our functions and kept us on the move. I can't tell you how much I miss...
