Not sure what to say?

I have just come across this obituary and not sure if this is the same Barbara Kennedy I knew in 1959 to 1960.

I'm from England and my father had a position as a doctor for 12 months at the Massachusetts General in Boston. I was 10 years old in 1959 and Barbara was 11.

We lived at 37 Lawndale Street in Belmont. I was in grade 5 at Payson Park School and Barbara was in grade 6. Barbara used to visit Lawndale Street and from memory stayed with her grandmother who lived...

I only now learned of Barbara's passing when I saw her name listed in the In Memoriam section of the USJ Outlook publication. We were friends when we were both English Majors at what was then SJC, and I always appreciated her warmth and wit. My deepest sympathy to her family.

Dear Chris, Catherine and Meghan,
I had wondered many times since you stopped coming to The Farms how you and your Mom were faring. You all were so devoted to her, as was Miss Donovan, and I send all of you my heartfelt sympathy.

A sad day for Wallingford. She was a classy lady.

I am very saddened to hear of Barbara's passing. I have very fond memories of the time I worked as her housekeeper. She was a wonderful person and friend. I'm grateful to have known her. My condolences to the entire Shortell family.

Prayers for all of the Shortell family. I went on the SHA bus with Barbara (Mr. Deare's bus) and knew John too. We were like one family group on that bus! I am so sorry for your loss but she is with the Lord and lives also in our hearts and memory.
