Not sure what to say?

In college, in Florida, I was dating someone who shared my interests in so much. She was good friends, since their youth, with Barbara, and encouraged me to meet her. Which I did, in a later trip to NYC. I entered the office of her NY publishing company, where Barbara invited me to enjoy a dinner 'out' with her, somewhere in SOHO. The evening was filled with wonderful conversation, so many mutual interests! - I only met her that one single evening, an evening filled with great sharing, and...

May the light that she bestowed on so many shine brightly upon her...

Very sorry for your loss and thankful that you were able to provide comfort and love. My condolences to her family.

Barbara was the wife of a dear friend, John Guffy, who loved her deeply. I loved her commitment to a better world, her love of dance and of books. She will be missed by all of us.

So deeply sorry for your loss. May God's marvelous future promises console your hearts. (John 3:16; 5:28,29)

Barbara was the wife of my dear friend John Guffey who cared for her with all of his heart and soul in her last years of illness. She was a strong person and now in peace.

Barbara and I were childhood friends when we both lived in Fresh Meadows. I remember her being enamored of dance and always beautifully dressed. She had loving parents and many friends. My condolences to her family.

We were so sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. May her memory be a blessing to her loved ones.
