Barbara Zook Ziegler Starcevic

Barbara & my father Talmadge L. Ross were 1st cousins. I've sent Christmas cards to her for years but in the last few years we've enjoyed corresponding more often & on a deeper, more personal level. I feel ever so blessed to have known her, what a beautiful, loving person she was, such a gift to all who had the good fortune to have known her. She will be missed. Heartfelt condolences to her daughter Sue & her family. ,

I delivered meals to Barbara. She was always so nice and always had a smile on her face. I will miss seeing her on my route. RIP. My condolences to her family.

So enjoyed my emails, phone calls and visits with Barb when I returned to Illinois. Especially treasure our BHS reunion memories! She always left one with such a good feeling! Rest in Peace, Barb, and enjoy those new reunions! We miss you.

I have been very blssed to have known Barb for a year and a half. She has been a very dear friend and I have enjoyed our visits and getting to know her. Such a sweet lady! My deepest sympathy to her family!

Oh Barb, the many hours we spend in the pool at the Parmon House and the fun times we shared with laughter and yes, some tears too. So glad you were a part of my life. Thank you Barb.

Barbara was a good companion to my Dad and though not related, she was a good grandma to my kids, Joe Whited, Jerry and Vicky Respondek and my husbands step daughter Lisa Stepien. I enjoyed talking to her several times a year to bring her up to date with news of my kids and grandkids. She was a comfort to me when I lost my husband, Tom Respondek in 2021.
