Dear Stelter/Bas Family;
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Barb's passing. She was such a gentle soul and so kind and loving to her pre-schoolers, my daughter included. There are many children whose first contact with "school" were happy ones and reassured parents who left their children in very capable hands because of Barb. God Bless your family at this difficult time.

Scott,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Barb was my son Matthew's preschool teacher this past year. He absolutely loved her! She was very kind and patient with all of the kids. She will be greatly missed. Your family will be in my prayers.

Barb was my son's pre-school teacher this past year. She was so good to him and all the children in the class. She always had kind words and a smile. My deepest sympathy to her family.

Dear Scott,

I was so terribly sad to hear about Barb's passing. I met Barb at Prairie State and we completed many a project together. We then taught side by side for many years. She was certainly an important part of many children's lives. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,
Mary Kennedy

Dear Scott,

Barb was my daughter's preschool teacher at Faith Preschool for two years. She was a wonderful teacher, full of love and kindness that she shared with my daughter. Taylor
has fond memories of her first two years of "school" and it is due in large part to Barb. We actually got together with her several times after we left Faith and we communicated with Christmas cards as well. Barb and Taylor shared a love of animals and as Taylor enters her junior year of high...

Dear Scott,

Barb and I taught together for many years at Faith, sharing books and many felt stories. I will always remember the day Faith, the cat showed up at school. Barb scooped her up and off they went. She will be missed by so many children whose lives she touched.

I am so sad to learn about Barb. She was such a wonderful, loving person. She was my daughter's preschool teacher and took such good care of her and the other children.

We will be thinking of you and praying for your family at this difficult time.
