Barbara Clarke Stevenson

I worked for Barbara at Country Village about 30 years ago, for a few summers during my college years. Barbara was an amazing woman!! Her energy and love were endless ... and she positively touched the lives of thousands of children and families in countless ways. I have fond memories of her and I can hear her voice in my mind now. It warms my heart. I have thought of her many, many times over the years. My love and sympathy are sent to her family. ~Julie Chiado Schrag (Enumclaw)

I have many fond memories of Barbara. She is the first friend I made when I moved to Seattle 34 years ago. . She offered me my first teaching position. Country Village was my teaching home for many years.
She was a wonderful mentor to me. She was a wonderful friend . She will be missed by many.
