Mom, You are missed every single day! We love you!

We were just remembering fond times with the Sweeney family and are saddened to hear of the loss of Barbara. Such a kind, strong and loving woman. Love from the O´Dell family from Bridgewater days.

Barb was my IDOL. She was so cool. I will miss her.

I first met Barb (and Jack) in 2018. Our son Eric was marrying her granddaughter Steph. Barb was extremely welcoming and a ball of energy. I will always remember the few times I was able to spend with her fondly.

I first met Barb in the Ladies Escape program at Gore in 2007 where I was the newbie who was in a class well beyond my ability level, yet Barb offered me advice and patience with a sense of reality based humor. Barb and Jack welcomed all ladies involved in Ladies Escape to their lovely home each June for a party with the utmost hospitality. Barb was my idol! I often told her I wanted to be her when I grew up. I enjoyed our time together at the CR Wood Cancer Center. She was such a cool woman. Sorry for your loss. Beth Sponzo RN
