Barbara Tamasy

Barbara was one of those people who never knew a stranger, who could strike up an engaging conversation with anyone she encountered. She was a delightful person, a true ambassador for Jesus Christ who left an indelible impression on countless friends, family members and even casual acquaintances. She is missed, but it's a joy to know we will see her again on the other side of eternity.

As a friend of Barbara, through Texas Tea Party Republican Women--I was delighted to meet her in the late 90s, and remember my friendship and great respect for her husband Joe, in the late 50' at Tennessee Gas Transmission Company--Barbara and I found much to share! It was good to keep up with her occasionally for several years, even after she was unable to attend our meetings -- I knew her heart was always with us - such a special person! Barbara was truly a grand lady, a loving, caring woman of great faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. I will always appreciate the impact the she, with Joe, had on my life, as well as my wife and family. I know she received a great welcome in Heaven and can imagine how delighted she was was when her faith at last became sight.

Precious lady. I remember her smile, her laugh , and welcoming spirit and hospitality. She was always doing good for others - dear lady!
