Not sure what to say?

Bill, we never met Barbara, but have a strong feeling that the apple does not fall far from the tree and if that is the case, she must have been an amazing woman. Relish in the gift of her life and take comfort in the thought that a part of your mom lives everyday in you and your extended family.

My prayers and sympathy to the entire Uttich family. I always had fond memories of our visits with your family both in Chicago and when you visited us in St. Louis. I was always amazed how Barb and Bernie kept track of all you kids and always seemed so easy-going. (Having just three children sent me in a frazzle). I hope knowing Barb is no longer suffering and has completed her life journey is a comfort to you all.

We were very saddened to hear about Barb's passing. She was a wonderful lady and we enjoyed her company when making those trips to family reunions especially. You were very blessed to have a mother like her.

We wish to express our deepest sympathies, Barb was always so happy and fun to be around. We know she is now happy to be reunited with Bernie in Heaven. Susan has fond memories of seeing her when they both worked at the College of DuPage.

My memories of Barbara are nothing but fond memories. She was such an enjoyable person to be around. She had to be a loving person and with the large family that she had, she surely had a well balanced mixture of firmness and understanding. My sincere condolances to all of the family, and know that she is surely happier now back again with Bernard.

You will be missed.

My condolences to all the family and extended family members. Many happy memories of visiting with the Uttich clan when we were growing up and would make our trek from St. Louis to Chicago. It was especially fun when we visited with Bernard and Barbara and the organized chaos that was that happy home.
