My 88 year old mother was a good friend of Barb when she lived in Wisconsin. They worked together for the telephone company and Barb stood up for my mom´s wedding. My mom just mentioned to me that she hasn´t seen Barb on Facebook anymore. She always used to comment on our family pictures. So I researched and found out that she has passed away. My mom´s name is Joan Dobbe (Grant-maiden). She said Barb always contacted her for her birthday in August and when she didn´t she feared the worst. I...

Barbara was a wonderful mentor, boss, and friend to me. She was the guiding force in the development and success of CASA in Morris and Sussex Counties and worked tirelessly advocating for the children. May she be resting in peace
