Janie & Libby, I just heard of your mother's passing and wish to express to you my most sincere condolences. She was such a huge influence to so many people. I have very fond memories of visiting the Webster house for yearbook meetings.

Janie, We went to school, twice, many years ago, at Candler Elementary and our senior year. I just wanted to express my condolences on your mother's passing.

I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I have so many fond memories of being at your house for Girl Scouts and other activities. My heartfelt sympathy to you both.

Barbara and my mama Kathryne would push Janie and me around in baby carriages when we were six months old...if not for her tutoring me in Calculus, I wold not be a doctor today much love to Janie and Libby Ed Shannon, Jr

I am sorry to hear that you have lost Barbara, a wonderful lady, whom I first met at Brenau College in 1981. She was a wonderful teacher, worked harder than most to bring knowledge to mostly unwilling young collegians (I was, by then, a returning, older student.) I also got to know her in the Gainesville Symphone, where she again, had so much to offer.

All of Society loses when we loose someone so good and Barbars. My hope for Blessings and Many wonderful Memories to each of...

Libby, sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I remember her fondly. I am still blessed to have my mom, so I know this must be a difficult time for you and Janie. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

May God bless your family at this difficult time. Barbara was a wonderful friend at Gainesville College. We shared many happy (and some not so happy) times together. She will be missed but it is good to know that she is now at peace.
