Scott and family
Robert, Rachel and I would like to offer our condolences.

We are very sorry to hear of Barb's passing. We remember Barb fondly from our visits with the Shrout family and as our families attended Mass together in St. Benedict's in Odessa so many years ago. We remember Barb as always smiling, very bright with a great sense of humor and quick to laugh.

Our prayers are with the Shrout and Westervelt families.

Joyce, Peter, Dan, Tim, Steve, and Robert Kane

I remember Barb as a well respected teacher who held her students to high standards. She was kind, friendly, and fair as both a teacher and a colleague. She always had a twinkle in her eye, and a warm smile. Condolences to family and friends; she will be missed.

I will remember Barb as a dedicated teacher who held her students to high standards. I admired and respected her as both an educator and a colleague. Barb had a sparkle in her eyes, and a friendly, warm smile which I will never forget. She will be missed

Barb was always smiling. She treated everyone with love and respect. I grew up with the Shrout family and every one of them have a special place in my heart!. My condolences to all. Peggy Graves Mossman

Barb was an incredible teacher and a great friend. As an educator she deeply cared for her students and always strived to give the children the best possible classroom experience, As a colleague, Barb was a great friend. She was always there to support her fellow teachers with a hug or laugh or to remember their birthdays. I am so fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with he for many years at Newfield. My thoughts and prayers are with her, her family and her friends.

May God Bless her soul.
