Not sure what to say?

What to say. Al, we always smile when we think of Barbara and how she helped us transition from one Basset to 2 and sometimes 3. I think of all the driving she must have done over the years and the number of lives she touched. I remember Phil laughing with you when she started bringing pitbulls home "what next?".

I know our Pearly Girl is waiting for her at the bridge - We cannot thank Barbara enough for getting Pearl to us. It was a big deal.

And I know that Barbara secretly...

I met Barbara many years ago when she was writing, editing, proofreading, layouts, and photos for the publications of the Communications Workers of American in NJ and I was doing the same for the NJ American Federation of Teachers. She was one of the founders of the Women's Affirmative Action Committee of the NJ Industrial Union Council, and we worked together for many years. She was a wonderful teacher and union activist. I haven't seen her for years, something I regret, and we lost touch...

The dog had glaucoma. As soon as I opened the hatch on my car and Barbara saw her, she said, " Poor...

My thoughts and prayers are with Barbara's family.Barbara and her knowledge of the hounds
will truely be missed.

Al, my deepest sympathy go out to you and your family. You and Barbara will always be in my prayers and thoughts. Sincerely, Mary Stulack

I was so sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. She did so much for bassets and greyhounds in particular and dogs in general. I'm so glad to have had a 50-year friendship with her. My sympathies go out to her family.

Barbara,

You drove thousands of miles, labored tirelessly and devoted so much of your energy to Bassets and Greyhounds for so many years. Now, you can rest in peace, because so many dogs whom without you would never have had another chance, but instead had the very best of everything because of you. Give our love to Prescott, all the Bassets and The Long Grey Line who will welcome you at the Bridge.

To Al and family, our deepest condolences at this very sad time.

Barbara - You will be missed. I consider it an honor to have called you friend. You will have a HUGE welcoming committee at the Rainbow Bridge! Al, our deepest sympathy to you. RIP :)
