I am your former Washington Star newspaper delivery boy and long ago neighbor, Robert Burgoyne.

My Mom, Ellen Burgoyne reminded me that she played tennis with Barbara on a few occasions.

We have only the fondest memories of our interactions with Barbara and everyone in the Wilson family.

Barbara was such an amazing person! So bright and beautiful, so full of life and ideas, so warm. She took me under her wing when I first started working at NCHS in marriage and divorce statistics. She was so passionate about her work and so thoughtful and well-spoken. I learned so much from working with her and just watching her!
